Bank of America pays $9.3 Billion to settle bad mortgages lawsuits

The Federal Housing Finance Agency regulating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac settled with the Bank of America for $9.33 billion regarding the bad mortgages issues which lead to the financial crisis of 2008.

The payment will end all litigation against the bank for bad mortgages issued leading up to the financial crisis.
