Cornell Law School launches course on whistleblower law

Cornell Law School is now offering a cutting edge seminar on the rapidly expanding citizen initialted whistleblower actions. It is called Whistleblower Law: Involving private citizens in public law enforcement, and it looks at laws encouraging whistleblowers who report wrongdoing. Œ It also examines whistleblower protections and trends in cases. The course is being taught by Law School Dean Stewart Schwab and Neil Getnick a well known lawyer in New York who has handled some of the largest whistleblower cases. Jeffrey Newman represents whistleblowers.
