FOREST LABS PAYS $300 MILLION TO END WHISTLEBLOWER CASE

Forest Labs has agreed to pay in excess of $300 million to settle cases brought against it by the Department of Justice for various violations of The False Claims Act concerning distribution of different drugs including Levothroid and Celexa.
