Justice Depart Joins False Claims Act Lawsuit vs. KBR for Kickbacks

The Justice Department has joined a False Claims Act Case against KBR, which has major contracts for logistical support of U.S. military operations in Iraq. It is alleged that two freight forwarders provided unlawful kickbacks to KBR employees. Such kickbacks are considered unlawful.
