ORACLE FAILS TO DISMISS WHISTLEBLOWER FRAUD CASE

Oracle tried unsuccessfully yesterday to gain a dismissal of a False Claims Act case against it filed by former Oracle employee Paul Frascella alleging overcharging the government for its services. The case will now proceed forward and is expected to litigate heavily for the next year.
