U.S. RECOVERS $1.84 BILLION FROM MEDICAID FRAUD AND 5 STATES TOP THE LIST PROSECUTIONS RAMPING UP

The federal government has now receivered more than $1.84 from Medicaid fraud in 2010 according to the Office of Inspector General The top five offensing states are New York, Texas, Florida, California and Ohio. The government is gearing up for greater numbers of civil and criminal prosecutions of MEdicare and Medicaid fraud as it is now obvious that there is more ongoing fraud if these systems than previously thought.
