Waste Management Inc. subsidiary hit with Whistleblower Case

Wheelabrator Technologies Inc. in Saugus waste incinerator companies and subsidiary of Waste Management Inc., has been hit with a whistleblower action filed by two employees of its Saugus plant. They allege the company knowingly violated environmental laws for years, endangering public health and defrauding communities that paid to send their garbage for peroper handling. Attorney General Martha Coakley is investigating the company. Wheelabrator Technologies Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary based in Hampton N.H.. Attorney Jeffrey Newman represents whistleblowers in diverse circumstances.
