Whistleblower Suit Filed Against Mayo Clinic for Overbilling

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a case against the Mayo clinic alleging it made false claims to the federal government about surgical pathology charges. Mayo billed Medicare, Medicaid and other fed programs for surgical pathology services it never provided.
