Dozens of gas station owners in Illinois are under indictment and accused of defrauding the state of gasoline sales taxes. 66 gas station owners were accused of underreporting the amount of sales in order to pay lower sales taxes. More tax fraud charges are coming and other states are lookin into similar violations
