Massachusetts Securities Division Files Complaint Against Securities America

The Enforcement Section of the Massachusetts Securities Division filed a Complaint aganst Securities America, an Omaha based company for witholding information for the heightened risks of the sale of private placement promissory notes of Medical Capital Holdings. Those notes are now in default as MCH is defunct. Securities America apparently indicated the notes were secured and safe for investors. Last year, the SEC charged MCHI with civil fraud.
