SEC Files Insider Trading Charges Against 6 for Tipping Hedge Funds

Federal Regulators filed insider trading charges against six people who worked for an expert networking firm and passed on confidential insider corporate information to investors. All six were consultants or employees of Primary Global research based in Mountain View California which connects experts and consultants with investors seeing info in the technology, health care and other industries. Four of the six were employees of technology companies who moonlighted as consutlants and exploit their access to confidential info about Advanced Micro Devices. Named were Mark Anthony Longoria, Danial Devore, Winifred Jiau, Walter Shimoon, Bob Nguyen and James Fleishman.
